Please note: Spreads typically change based on market conditions, making them floating. However, the MT4 Fixed account offers an exception with fixed spreads for nine major and one minor FX pair during specific times. Your pending order might not have been executed for two reasons:

1. Insufficient funds: If your account balance was too low when the order triggered, it will be automatically cancelled and appear in your history.

2. Price not reached:

   • Sell orders: The market price (bid price) needs to reach your specified price for execution.
   • Buy orders: The market price (ask price) needs to reach your specified price for execution.

Remember, prices constantly fluctuate, so your order might not be filled if the market conditions don’t meet your requirements.

For all FX pairs, we offer extra precision in our price quotes. This means the last digit represents the “point,” and the second-to-last digit represents the “pip.”

Profile verification is generally fast and you can always check the status in your 4ai personal profile area. You will also be notified of your verification status at your preferred email address.

To place a new order on the 4ai platform simply click on the ‘New Order’ button on the toolbar of your trading zone.

There are two ways to close an open position:

1. Manually:

   • Locate the order in the “Terminal” window at the bottom of your screen.
   • Right-click on the desired order and select “Close Order.”

2. Automatically (using stop-loss or take-profit):

   • Set valid stop-loss or take-profit levels for your order.
   • The order will automatically close when the market price reaches your specified level.

Remember, choosing the appropriate method depends on your trading strategy and risk management preferences.
